Rules for using the store and purchasing products

These Terms are issued by and apply to HK Falcon Overseas Limited, located at UNIT 903, 9/F., CAMERON COMM CENTRE, 458-468 HENNESSY ROAD, CAUSEWAY BAY HONG KONG. References to “we,” “us,” “our,” or the “Company” in these Terms mean HK Falcon Overseas Limited.

1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of [wegorich.shop] and purchases from [https://wegorich.shop] (doing business as [LYNICEBUY MARKET], “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced in them. If you do not agree, do not use the store.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits a consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your location. If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and promptly update material changes. You are responsible for activity under your account except to the extent caused by our failure to use reasonable security.

3. Product Information

We aim to describe products accurately. Colors and appearance may vary because of photography, displays, production tolerances, and materials. Dimensions, capacity, power, compatibility, scent impressions, and other specifications are approximate unless expressly stated otherwise. Product images are illustrative and packaging may change.

For electronic products, use only compatible power sources and follow the supplied instructions. Fragrance perception varies by person and environment. Stop using a product if it appears damaged or unsafe.

4. Prices, Taxes, and Charges

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change before an order is placed. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, duties, and other fees will be displayed or described before purchase where required. You are responsible for import duties and taxes unless checkout states that they are included.

5. Orders and Acceptance

An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order; it does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted. We may reject or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, payment failure, pricing or inventory errors, shipping restrictions, or an order that appears intended for unauthorized resale.

If we cancel after payment, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. We may limit quantities on a reasonable and non-discriminatory basis.

You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the amount shown at checkout. Payment services may be subject to additional provider terms. We do not guarantee that every payment method will be available in every location.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping, delivery estimates, address requirements, duties, and risk-of-loss rules are described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed. If a delay gives you a cancellation or refund right under applicable law, that right will be honored.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Our Refund & Return Policy explains eligibility, time limits, exclusions, return shipping, damaged or incorrect items, and refund timing. Mandatory consumer rights in your location remain unaffected.

9. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions are subject to their stated terms, availability, and end dates. Unless the promotion states otherwise, discount codes cannot be combined, have no cash value, and cannot be applied retroactively. We may correct or cancel a promotion affected by error, abuse, or fraud, subject to applicable law.

10. Acceptable Use

You may not use the store to:

·     Copy, exploit, or commercially reuse store content except as allowed by law or written permission.

11. Intellectual Property

The store’s text, layout, graphics, and other original content are owned by us or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Product names used descriptively do not imply affiliation with any third party. You may use the store only for personal, lawful shopping purposes.

12. Reviews and User Content

If you submit a review, image, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it is accurate, lawful, and not misleading. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, and format that content for store operations and promotion, subject to applicable privacy law. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services if we determine, in our sole discretion, that such access may violate applicable sanctions laws or regulations.
